Collective Phase: Initial Proposal Development

  • 1st Contact with Departmental RO/RA: Principal Investigator to bring study topic after discussion with supervisor. Entry in Topic Discussion Register + Sharing of Research Proposal Template.
  • Research Proposal Pre-Submission Process: Repeat Contact Sessions (2 to 4) with Departmental RO/RA for Research Proposal Preparation.
  • Due Date for 1st Draft of Research Proposal Submission: Due Date assigned by Departmental RO/RA.
Research Proposal Submission and Registration
2 Weeks
  • Submission of 1st Draft of Research Proposal (Soft and Hard Copy) in R&D Dept for review
  • Registration Form + Allotment of Registration#
  • Sharing of PowerPoint Presentation Template + Due Date for PPT Submission
Finalized Research Proposal Submission and IERB Meeting
2 Weeks
  • Submission of Finalized Research Proposal and PowerPoint Presentation within Due Date
  • Research Proposal Presentation during IERB Meeting
Post-IERB Requirements

  • Submission of Amended Research Proposal with all corrections suggested by IERB Members
